This information is being provided for licensees who are applying for renewal or a new license for manufacturing and distribution of radioactive materials and/or products containing radioactive materials. This category of license includes distribution of prepared radiopharmaceutical by nuclear pharmacies and manufacturing and distribution of self-luminous signs, portable gauging devices, etc. Documents are
usually available in both
