For non-emergency incidents or to make an allegation of possible violations of the regulations for protection against radiation; contact the Incident and Allegations Coordinator. The agency will provide assistance as necessary.

For incidents involving radioactive scrap metal, or radiation in municipal waste, call or e-mail the Incident and Allegations Coordinator. If the Incident and Allegations Coordinator is not immediately available, call either the agency number or the Duty phone number as listed above and ask for a health physicist. There are two forms, published by the CRCPD, one for scrap metal in the recycling stream and one for municipal waste, which are necessary if you intend on sending the radioactive materials back to whoever originated the shipment to you without your having to comply with the DOT regulations controlling the shipping or radioactive material. You should download the form and instructions that apply to you and use the agency's assistance while you fill them out. You are required to have agency approval before transporting the material back to whoever sent it to you.
